Devono appoints Clareville Communications
Devono, central London’s only commercial property company exclusively representing tenants looking for office space to rent, has appointed Clareville Communications to handle its media relations following a three-way competitive pitch.
Unlike other commercial property agencies, Devono works exclusively on behalf of tenants. In 2006 Devono successfully completed more acquisition deals for office space than any other commercial property agency in central London.
On the appointment of Clareville Communications, Robert Leigh, Director of Devono commented: “We are confident that, with Clareville’s ideas combined with their skills and experience, prospective tenants will regard Devono as their first choice when they want to find new offices.”
Fulham-based Clareville Communications is a PRCA member agency established in 1989 by John Starr and Val Mumby, former directors of a magazine publishing company. The agency consists of a B2B and consumer team handling clients ranging from the British Promotional Merchandise Association (BPMA), The Voucher Association (VA), to BabyBjörn and BADMINTON England.
